Suzanna is the Chief Talent Officer for 110 Recruiting, with over 15 years' experience in recruiting and human resources. Her career began in sales and marketing focused on internship programs and sales training. In 2011 she transitioned to the recruiting and staffing industry and has served companies of various sizes nationwide. Suzanna has a bachelor's degree from Penn State University and advanced certifications in Human Resources and Business from Vanderbilt and University of Minnesota. In 2015, 110 Recruiting was created to be a different kind of recruiting firm- one that would go above and beyond for job seekers and hiring managers to create a better candidate experience and focus on long term careers and partnerships. Hundreds of successful hires later- the goal has not changed we will seek to be even more human in the connections that are built and provide even more lasting resources that exceed expectation.
